早龄期钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性试验与分析

摘    要:设计并制作了不同纤维掺量(0.6%、1.2%、1.8%)的36个小梁试件,进行了不同龄期(1d、2d、3d、7d、28d)钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧性试验。利用ASTMC1018韧度指数法对试验结果进行评价。结果表明,不同龄期条件下钢纤维混凝土韧度指数变化不明显,但纤维掺量对韧度指数有较大影响,且对早龄期混凝土影响显著。随龄期增长,初裂韧性有显著提高。早龄期钢纤维混凝土弯曲韧度指数比值介于1.95-2.20之间,与理想弹塑性参数2较为接近。纤维掺量1.2%的钢纤维混凝土有良好的塑性性能。

Experiment and Analysis of Flexural Performance for Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete at Early Ages

Abstract:There were 36 SFRC specimens of small beams made with different steel fiber ratios at 0. 6%, 1.2% and 1.8%. Experiment on flexural performance of SFRC beams were carried on at different ages (1d,2d,3d, 7d, 28d). The evaluation of test result was made by means of ASTM C1018 toughness index. The results indicted that, the effect of age is not remarkable on toughness index of SFRC. However, the effect of fibers content was greater, especially to the early-age SFRC. Toughness index of the early-age SFRC specimens were arrange from 1.95 to 2.20, which were closely to the ideal toughness index value. The SFRC specimen with steel fiber ratios of 1.2% has a good elastic property.
