| 摘 要： | 现代期刊编辑集编辑、加工、录入、校对等多角色于一身,实现编辑工作"多位一体",可以提高期刊社的工作效率,减少许多不必要的浪费。期刊编辑对编、校工作已不陌生,要实现"多位一体",必须解决编辑录入等方面的技术困难,构建良好的心理环境。

| Abstract: | A modern journal editor should play different roles in his work,namely an editor,a processor,a typist as well as a prove reader.This integration of multiple roles can improve the working efficiency of the journal office and reduce the unnecessary waste.The journal editors are familiar with editing and prove-reading.To realize the thinking of "integration of multiple roles",the journal office must help the editors to solve some technical problems such as in typing,and help them to form healthy psychological state. |
