碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对视神经损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对视神经损伤的保护作用。方法:以30只新西兰成年白兔制作视神经挫伤模型,随机分为bFGF 800 U组、bFGF 1600 U组和对照组。伤前、伤后1h和30d,分别检测并记录闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP),取P1波峰潜时为观察指标。结果:眼挫伤后1h,FVEP的P1波潜时明显延长,与伤前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);伤后30d,对照组P1波潜时比急性损伤时明显延长(P〈0.05)。两个bFGF治疗组F-VEP的P1波潜时与急性损伤时比较均明显缩短(P〈0.05)并接近正常。结论:bFGF对损伤后的视神经具有显著的保护及促进功能修复作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the protective effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)on degeneration following optic nerve injury.Methods:30 rabbits were used for making animal models of optic nerve injury and divided at random into bFGF 800 U,bFGF 1 600 U and control groups.Their visual evoked potential response to flash(F-VEP)was recorded before the injury,one hour and 30 d after the injury separately.The P_1 latency of FVEP was observed.Result:One hour after operation,the 1atent periods were extent,showing distinct difference from normal F-VEP(P<0.001).The latent period in control group after injury 30 d were evidently longer than acute injury(P<0.05).The P_1latent period of F-VEP in bFGF treated animals were obviously shorter than acute injury(P<0.05),near normal levels.Conclusion:bFGF could significantly protect and promote the functional reparation of injury of optic nerves.
