| Abstract: | Tutor system for undergraduates is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students. This paper discussed the importance and necessity of implementation of tutor system for undergraduates in Traditional Chinese Medical universities and colleges and introduced the new method of cultivating technological innovative ability in tutorial system. It explores a new teaching model with training medical students＇ technical skills as the basis, research-oriented experiments as the core, and cultivating technical innovative ability as the goal. |
