摘    要:对在2Cr13马氏体不锈钢中添加Mo的钢进行不同温度热处理工艺试验,研究了热处理温度对含钼2Cr13不锈钢组织、硬度与耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,含钼2Cr13马氏体不锈钢在1080℃淬火后的硬度最高,当在400~550℃回火时,硬度值存在一个明显的上升区域,这是由于析出的合金碳化物弥散强化作用,使合金出现二次硬化现象。回火后含钼2Cr13不锈钢的耐蚀性能比2Cr13不锈钢明显提高,主要是由于含钼2Cr13不锈钢淬、回火后析出相M2X抑制了M23C6相的产生。

Abstract:The effect of temperature on microstructure,hardness and corrosion resistance properties of Mo doped 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was studied by different heat treatment processes.The results show that the peak value of hardness is obtained by quenching at 1080 ℃.An obvious increase of hardness is observed between 400 ℃ and 550 ℃ during tempering because of the secondary hardening caused by dispersion strengthening of the carbides.The corrosion resistance of the Mo doped 2Cr13 stainless steel after tempering improves remarkably,compared with that of un-doped steel,mainly because of precipitated M_2X phase which inhibits precipitation of M_(23)C_6.
