高速永磁电机转子护套过盈配合量计算及应力分析

摘    要:高速永磁电机的永磁体抗拉强度很小,不能承受转子高速旋转产生的离心力,因此需要一个过盈配合的高强度防护套对永磁体进行保护。主要分析了转子护套和永磁体间过盈配合量及应力的计算方法,对一台额定转速60 000 r/mim的高速永磁电机,计算了过盈量的值以及护套和永磁体的应力,并根据计算的过盈量采用ANSYS Workbench12.1分析了护套和永磁体的应力。结果表明,理论计算值与ANSYS的仿真结果接近,能够满足高速下保护永磁体的要求。
