摘    要:外加剂可以调节磷铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间,通过正交实验,讨论了水灰比、细度以及外加剂对磷铝酸盐水泥凝结时间的影响,并分析了其影响机理。结果显示,三因素中外加剂的影响是主要的;磷铝酸盐水泥的凝结时间可以在几分钟到二十几小时的较大范围内任意调节;外加剂的掺量可由凝结时间——电动电位曲线确定。

Abstract:Setting time of phosphoaluminate cement can be controlled by admixture, By cross test, influence of w/c ratio and fineness and admixture on setting time of phosphoaluminate cement is studied and the mechanism is analyzed too. The results show that of the three factor admixture influence is main. The setting time can be controlled optionally in range of several minutes to about twenty hours. The volume can be confirmed by curve of setting time and electrokinetic potential relation.
