摘    要:简要介绍了DCS的发展及所存在的缺点 ,引出了一种全新的、具有高度开放的、彻底分散的控制系统———现场总线控制系统 (FCS)。分析了现场总线的特点和优点 ,指出了尽管FCS还存在着标准不统一、关键功能不完善等问题 ,但是FCS必将代替DCS在工业过程控制中起主导作用。然后根据目前及今后一段时间内二者并存这一实际情况 ,提出了它们相互联结、通信的 4种方式 ,并给予简要分析和评价。此外介绍DCS向FCS过渡的现场总线标准———HART通信协议及基于HART协议的智能仪表的结构及功能。充分利用Internet技术 ,建立基于FCS的生产、监控、管理为一体的企业内部网 (Intranet)是企业管理信息系统的发展趋势。

Abstract:The development and deficiencies of DCS are briefly introduced and then a new control system with high opening and complete distribution -Fieldbus Control System (FCS) is proposed. Features and advantages of Fieldbus are analyzed. It is pointed that FCS will replace DCS doubtlessly and play dorminant roles in process control in the future in spite of some promlems such as unification of standard, imperfect of key function etc.Since both of the control systems will have coexisted for a long time,four modes of connection and communication between them are proposed. All the modes are simply analyzed and remarked respectively in theory. In addition, HART protocol which can transit DCS to FCS, structures and functions of intelligent instrument based on HART are also introduced. Taking advantage of Internet technology,eterprise internal network (Intranet)that is integration of production, management and monitor is the development trend of management information system.
