摘    要:以ADAM-5510kW及外部I/O模块构成的温度控制系统为研究对象,设计一个基于MULITIPROG编程系统的Fuzzy—PID控制器,对温度采集和风扇转速控制模块进行编程,用软件方式实现了该对象的PID控制;阐明利用凑试法整定PID参数的具体步骤,通过逻辑分析器对Kp及Ti等参数值进行调整,解决了系统振荡问题。结果表明:该控制器响应速度快、精度高,可应用于各种流量、压力、液位等参数的软逻辑控制系统。

Application of MULTIPROG-based PID controller in Temperature Control System
Abstract:With the temperature control system composed of ADAM -5510 kW and external I/O module as research object, the fuzzy- PID controller based on MULTIPROG programming system is designed. ProgTannned for modules for temperature collection and rotary speed control of fan, PID control to the object is realized by software method. Through concrete procedures for tuning PID parameters by the method of make-up and test, the parameters, e.g. Kp and Ti, etc. , are adjusted through logic analyzer, thus the problem of system oscillation is solved. The results show that the controller is fast in response and high accurate, it enables to be used in soft logic control systems of flow, pressure and level.
