参芪止血胶囊对大鼠增生型子宫内膜VEGF和bFGF表达的影响

目的观察参芪止血胶囊(SQZC)对大鼠增生型子宫内膜中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响,探讨其治疗功能性子宫出血病的作用机制。方法 SD大鼠灌胃给予已烯雌酚1mg/kg,每天1次,连续10 d,建立大鼠子宫内膜增生模型。模型大鼠随机分为SQZC 90、180、360 mg/kg的低、中、高剂量组和模型对照组,连续给药14 d。采用免疫组化SP法检测各组大鼠子宫内膜中VEGF和bFGF的表达水平。结果模型组大鼠子宫内膜中VEGF和bFGF的表达水平均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。SQZC中、高剂量组VEGF和bFGF的表达水平显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SQZC可以调理和保护子宫内膜,治疗功血的作用与抑制子宫内膜中VEGF和bFGF因子的过度表达有关。

Effect of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule on expression levels of VEGF and bFGF in endometrium of rats

Objective To investigate the effect of Shen Qi Zhi Xue Capsule(SQZC) on expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in endometrium of rats,then to explore the mechanism of SQZC on treated dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Model rats of proliferative endometrium were established by diethylstilbestrol(1 mg/kg) intragastric administration for ten days.The model rats were randomly divided into 360,180,90 mg/kg of SQZC and model groups.The expression levels of VEGF and bFGF were determined by immunohistochemical SP method.Results The expression levels of VEGF and bFGF were much higher in the model group than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of VEGF and bFGF in 180 mg/kg and 360 mg/kg of SQZC groups compared with model group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion SQZC on rat with endometrium has obvious opsonic and protective effect,which may be related to the inhibition of VEGF and bFGF hypernomic expression in endometrium.
