摘    要:由于液化天然气(LNG)站的工作环境比较恶劣,特殊的工作环境需要系统担当安全重任而不允许它发生异常现象,否则轻则影响生产,重则造成事故。本文从天然气液化系统实际需求出发,将分和式控制系统(DCS)应用于LNG站的控制功能,并进行了控制站硬件可靠性的设计和联络线安全性的设计。

Abstract:Because the liquefied natural gas(LNG) station often works in very bad environment,the system needs to have high security and reliability to ensure the production safety.In order to meet the requirement of LNG station,the distributed control system is applied to control and monitor the production process.And the study on the hardware reliability of the control stations hardware as well as the connecting line security has also been carried on in this paper.
