Cu-Ce-Mn-O/SiO_2/CC作催化剂还原脱除NO研究

摘    要:以硅胶改性堇青石蜂窝陶瓷为载体,分别制备了3种不同CuO负载量的Cu-Ce-Mn-O/S iO2/CC催化剂。以CO(NH2)2为还原剂,在固定床反应器中进行选择性催化还原NO的研究。采用XRD、SEM、TPR等测试方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,在300~500℃CuO负载量为33%的Cu-Ce-Mn-O/S iO2/CC催化剂效果最好。反应温度为450℃,空速为8 000 h-1时催化剂催化还原NO的转化率可达到88%。

Abstract:Cu-Ce-Mn-O/SiO2/CC catalyst of three different loading of CuO was prepared by using cordierite honeycomb ceramic modified by silica gel as carrier.The selective catalytic reduction of NO was proceed by CO(NH2)2 in a fixed bed reactor.XRD,SEM and TPR results showed that the activity of Cu-Ce-Mn-O/SiO2/CC cordierite catalyst of loading 33% CuO was the best during 300~500 ℃.The conversion of the reaction on Cu-Ce-Mn-O/SiO2/CC cordierite catalyst can reach 88% at 450 ℃ and the airspeed is 8 000 h-1.
