| 摘 要： | 运营效率是衡量企业投资效益和资源配置的核心指标,因此,有效提高运营效率是增强供电公司竞争力的重要途径之一。结合供电公司的实际情况,构建了基于SE-DEA的供电公司运营效率评价模型,借助MATLAB数学分析软件,从投入和产出的角度对8家供电公司的运营效率进行比较,详细地分析了影响其效率的主要因素,并针对问题提出了优化运营的有效措施。实例结果表明,此方法实现了对所有决策单元的充分评价与排序,可以对供电公司运营效率进行有效的评价,为管理者提供科学、有效的信息和决策的依据。
