摘    要:以双跨转子轴承系统为研究对象,针对其状态监测与故障诊断中存在的问题,利用虚拟仪器软件平台开发了一套基于关联维数的故障诊断系统。通过提取实验台振动信号并计算其关联维数实现对系统的故障诊断。结果表明,不同工作状态下系统的关联维数各不相同,正常运转时关联维数最小,发生故障时关联维数增加,且关联维数随着嵌入维数的增加成增长的趋势,并趋于稳定。该系统以关联维数作为特征兆量,能够快速准确地对双跨转子轴承系统进行状态监测与故障诊断,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in two-span rotor bearing stystem, the virtual instrument software platform is used to develop a fault diagnosis system based on correlation dimension. By taking the vibration signal of the experiment table and calculating its correlation dimension, the fault diagnosis system is implemented. The results show that the correlation dimensions are diverse from each other under different work conditions. The minimum correlation dimension shows during normal work condition while it increases with malfunctions. The correlation dimension increases with the embedding dimension increasing and tends to be stable. Taking the correlation dimension as the characteristic parameter, the system can quickly and accurately achieve the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the two-span rotor bearing system.
