| 摘 要： | 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了３４种青海皮燕麦农家品种的过氧化物酶同工酶，酯酶同工酶，结果显示，３４份皮燕农家品种的过氧化物酶同工酶共有五条酶带１种酶谱类型，酯酶同工酶共有１３条酶带，５种谱带类型，３４份品种大多是Ｉ型，Ｖ型只占３％。

| Abstract: | The isozmes of peroxidase and esterase of 34 farm breeds of Avena sative in Qinghaiwere analysed by using polyacrolamide gel electrophoesis. The results showed that therewere 5 isozyme bands of peroxidase, belonging to 1 type and there were 13 isozyme bands ofesterase. belonging to 5 types. Among of the 5 types. the first was the most. the fifth was only3% of 34 farm breeds. |
