云锡某低品位难选锡矿泥重-浮联合选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:对云锡某低品位难选锡矿泥开展选矿试验研究,根据试料性质,采用离心选矿机预选富集并脱泥、浮选除硫化矿物、锡石浮选的工艺流程,有效的回收了细粒锡石;流程试验获得给矿锡品位0.21%,锡精矿品位6%、泥矿系统回收率40.43%,锡石浮选作业回收率76.28%的良好指标。

Abstract:The aim of this work is carrying out dressing investigation on a low grade refractory sludge in Yunnan Tin Corporation. Based on the properties of the ore, a process routed as enrichment and de-sludge by pre-separation with centrifugal, floatation for removal sulfides, cassiterite floating was employed to recovery effectively cassiterite with fine grain in the sludge. Results indicate that good index is obtained. Which the grade of tin in concentrate reaches 6%, recovery efficiency in sludge system reaches 40.43%, and recovery efficiency of cassiterite floating reaches 76.28% while the tin grade of charging ore is 0.21%.
