宫颈癌患者组织和血清中血管内皮生长因子C（VEGF—C）的检测及意义

目的探讨宫颈癌患者癌组织与血清中血管内皮生长因C（VEGF—C）的表达及相关性。方法收集72例血清、组织样本：对照组13例、宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅡ／Ⅲ18例、无淋巴结转移宫颈癌31例、淋巴结转移宫颈癌10例。免疫组化方法检测组织中VEGF—C水平，ELISA法检测血清中VEGF—C水平。结果①宫颈癌淋巴转移组VEGF—C水平高于无淋巴转移组，无淋巴转移组VEGF—C水平高于CIN组及对照组，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）VEGF—C表达还与癌浸润深度相关，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05），CIN组与对照组之间无显著差异（P〉0．05）。②组织和血清中VEGF—C表达呈正相关，经Pearson相关性分析R=0．725。结论宫颈癌患者组织和血清中VEGF—C含量与宫颈组织恶变、浸润深度及淋巴转移有关，检测其表达可能成为宫颈癌早期诊断的有用指标之一，可能成为术前判定淋巴结转移的有用指标；组织和血清中VEGF—C表达呈明显正相关，血清中的VEGF—C的检测可能成为替代组织检测的一种创伤性更小，更简便且可重复性强的检测方式。

Expression and clinical significance of the VEGF - C in cervical carcinoma tissue and serum

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum VEGF - C and tissue VEGF - C in cervical carcinoma, assessed the relationship between VEGF - C and cervical carcinoma. Methods Collection the serum and cervical tissues of 72 patients including 13 healthy control patients, 18 cases with CINⅡ-Ⅲ,31 cases of cervical cancer without lymph node metastasis and 10 cases of cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis. The level of VEGF - C in cervical tis- sues was detected by Immunohistoehemistry. The serum VEGF - C level was detected by ELISA. Results ① In tissues and serum, the level of VEGF - C were higher in patients with cervical carcinoma than in the healthy control and CINII - III（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of VEGF - C was higher in cervicalcarcinoma with lymph node metastasis than that with- out lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of VEGF- C correlate with depth of cervical infiltration, there is significant difference between them（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In tissues, the level of VEGF - C was higher in CINⅡ/Ⅲ than in normal cervix, but in serum, there was no significant difference between normal cervix and CINⅡ-Ⅲ. ②There was a positive correlation between tissue VEGF - C level and serum VEGF - C level（ R = 0. 725 ）. Conclusion The levels of VEGF - C in tissue and serum correlate with malignancy ,invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. Detection of VEGF -C may be a useful indicator which can diagnose early cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis. There was a positive correlation between tissue VEGF - C level and serum VEGF - C level. Detection of serum VEGF - C can take place of tissue VEGF - C. Detection of serum VEGF - C will be a secure, noninvasive, repeatable detective method.
