摘    要:目的建立蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的毛细管柱气相色谱的测定方法。方法用丙酮提取样品,采用OV-1701弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温气相色谱法测定。结果该方法应用于测定蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留量均有较宽的线性范围(0.05~5μg/ml)和较好的线性相关(r=0.9958~0.9996),重现性较好(RSD=2.2%~11.8%),检出限为0.003~0.01μg/ml。结论该方法准确、快速,灵敏度高。

Abstract:Objective] To establish the capillary gas chromatography for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.Methods]The samples were extracted by acetone, and determined by temperature-programmed gas chromatography with OV-1701fused silica capillary column.Results]In the determination of 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, the method had the wide linear range (0.05~5 μg/ml) and good linear correlation (r=0.9958~0.9996), reproducibility was good (RSD=2.2%~11.8%), and the detection limit was 0.003~0.01μg/ml.Conclusion]The method is accurate and rapid, and has high sensitivity.
