慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清IL-17水平变化及其临床意义

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者血清白细胞介素-17（IL-17）水平变化及其临床意义。方法选择COPD患者90例（COPD组）,按肺功能结果又分为轻度亚组、中度亚组、重度亚组各30例;另选健康志愿者30例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA法）测定各组血清中IL-17水平;采用Pearson相关分析各组血清IL-17水平与相应第一秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比（FEV1%）的相关性;比较2组外周血白细胞分类计数。结果COPD组血清IL-17水平均高于对照组;且COPD组血清IL-17水平随病情加重而增高,中度亚组、重度亚组血清IL-17水平高于轻度亚组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Pearson相关分析显示,COPD组血清IL-17水平与FEV1%呈负相关（r=-0.781,P〈0.05）。COPD组中性粒细胞计数和淋巴细胞计数均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血清IL-17水平变化可作为判定COPD病情严重程度的指标之一。

The level change and clinical significance of IL-17 in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the level change and clinical significance of IL-17 in the patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 90 cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） group were divided into mild group,moderate group and severe group according to the pulmonary function,each of 30 cases.Elected 30 cases of healthy volunteers as control group.Determined the level of IL-17 by ELISA in all groups.Analysised the relevance between FEV1% and the level of IL-17.Compared the count of peripheral blood leukocytes of two group.Results The level of IL-17 in serum of all kinds of COPD group were higher than that of contral group,and it increased with sicker,the level of IL-17 in the moderate group and the severe group were both higher than that of mild group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between FEV1% and the level of IL-17（r=-0.781,P〈0.05）.The neutrophil count and lymphocyte count of COPD group were higher than that of contral group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The level of IL-17 in serum can be one of indicators in the judgement of the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
