| 摘 要： | 在不同的所有权和治理结构下,企业创新作为一个高风险的战略选择存在很大的差异.从代理理论出发,分析了不同所有权、治理结构下企业的创新战略选择,认为管理者拥有企业的股权、适当的董事会规模和董事长与总经理分设有利于企业的创新战略选择.

| Abstract: | There are many diversities in enterprise innovation strategy choice which is high risk in different ownership and governance structure. On the base of agency theory, this paper analyzes enterprises' innovation strategy choice. It suggests that governors own stock, proper scale of board and duality of director and CEO is favor of innovation choice. |
