摘    要:在TEA CO2激光器中采用流动技术可以极大地提高输出功率.但循环泵的使用会污染CO2混合气体.本文提出了使用非均匀电场清除泵油蒸汽的方法,研究了被收集油蒸汽比率的变化关系.模拟结果表明:该方法能有效地清除混合气体中的泵油蒸汽.

Abstract:The output power can be greatly increased by making use of gas flowing technology in TEA CO2 laser. However, the gas mixture is contaminated with the pump oil vapor when the cycle pump is used in the gas flowing system. In this letter, the inhomogeneous electric field is employed to get rid of the pump oil vapor in the gas mixture. The pump oil vapor content in the gas mixture is discussed. The numerical simulation results show that the pump oil vapor can be effectively separated from the gas mixture.
