摘    要:从工艺设计、实际操作及仪表控制等方面分析指出气化器气化量小的原因是气化器液相入口线设计不合理,蒸汽减压阀减压效果差,蒸汽回水管线阻力大,换热效果差,气化器选型较小等,并从工艺管线设计,管线抽出位置改造,运行参数修改,操作精度等方面提出改进措施.

Abstract:Reasons resulting in small gasification amount of carburetors were analyzed from the aspects of process design,actual mechanical process and instrumentation control,and main causes were pointed out as follows: design defect of the carburetor liquid entrance line,poor effect of steam reducing valve,poor heat exchange,big resistance in steam backwater pipeline,unsuitable selection of carburetor types.Then some improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of design of process pipeline,modification of operation parameters and accuracy of operations.
