摘    要:超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended specturn β-lactamerses,ESBLs)是丝氨酸蛋白酶的衍生物,它能够水解青霉素类、广谱及超广谱头孢菌素类和单环β-内酰胺类抗生素,是革兰阴性细菌对抗生素耐药性产生的重要机制。产ESBLs细菌常具有对氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类等抗菌药物的多重耐药,给临床抗感染治疗带来严峻挑战。本文就近年来治疗产ESBLs细菌感染的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床有效合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。

Abstract:The extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) is a derivative of serine protease, it is able to hydrolyze penicillins, broad-spectrum and extended-spectrum cephalosporins and monocyclic β-lactamase antibiotics, and it is an important antibiotic resistance mechanism of gram-negative bacteria. Bacteria producing ESBLs often have multiple resistance to aminoglycosides, fluoroquinolones, it pose serious challenges to the clinical anti-infection therapy. This article summarizes about recent progress on treatment of infections caused by bacteria producing ESBLs, in order to provide references on clinical effectiveness and rational use of antibiotics.
