| 摘 要： | 目的总结7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者的临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析我科1985～2007年收治的7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者临床资料。结果7例支气管粘液表皮样癌患者中，1例行纤维支气管镜肿块摘除术，6例行手术切除。结论手术是治疗支气管粘液表皮样癌的唯一有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience of the clinical treatment of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the bronchus.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients treated from 1985 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 6 patients were surgically treated,and the mass of 1 patient were extracted by fiber bronchoscope.Conclusion Surgical resection is the only effective treatment for mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the bronchus. |
