风电穿透功率极限的二阶泰勒展开式搜索方法

摘    要:动态仿真法是求解风电穿透功率极限的一种重要方法,其过程是先假设以一个风电场最大容量值,通过仿真检验系统安全稳定性后对这个值进行修正,逐步求取风电穿透功率极限。由于人工修正风电场的容量计算速度很慢,且很难达到极限值。因此,通过二阶泰勒展开式的近似方法,将计算风电穿透功率极限的约束函数作近似等效,再应用求解二次方程去逼近真实解。在IEEE 4机11节点系统上的计算结果表明了所提方法的有效性及其快速准确的特点。

Abstract:The calculation of wind farm penetration limit by dynamic simulation has three aspects: supposing a wind farm penetration level,testing the system's stability,correcting the wind farm penetration level.As the manual correction of wind farm penetration is hard to reach the limit,this paper introduces a search method based on the second-order Taylor expansion for calculating the wind farm penetration.This method gets the constraint function approximately the second-order Taylor expansion equivalent first,then it uses quadratic equation solution to find the accurate solution.The results on IEEE 11 system show that the proposed method is rapid,precise and effective.
