| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨本科护生情绪智力、共情能力的一般特特征。方法：采用中国版情绪智力量表（ES-CQ）和大学生共情能力量表,对351名护生进行测试。结果：相关性分析,除情绪表现与感同身受无相关外,ESCQ各维度及总分与共情各维度及总分呈正相关。t检验：在利他行为和共情总分上,女生得分高于男生（P〈0.001,P〈0.001）;感同身受方面来自农村得分高于来自城市（P〈0.01）。F检验：不同年级护生在情绪认知、情绪表现、ESCQ总分、利他行为、换位思维及共情总分等均有统计学意义。结论：不同人口学特征可以影响护生的情绪智力和共情能力,加强对护生情商的培养。
