| 摘 要： | 以江苏省自行车队为例,阐述运动队的思想政治工作必须服从党和国家的大政方针,适应社会环境和时代变迁,也要根据不同训练周期的特点,与时俱进,才能有针对性地解决运动员的思想问题,出色完成训练和比赛任务。

| Abstract: | Giving an example of Jiangsu Biking Team,the article has explained that the ideological and political work at an athletic group must obey the general and specific policies of Party and government,adapt its thinking to the new conditions,and according to the characteristic of training cycle,only like this,the problems of athletes thinking will be solved,the task of training and matches will be completed splendidly. |
