| 摘 要： | 目的了解飞行员的亚健康现状。方法采用飞行员亚健康调查问卷、症状自评量表对218名飞行员进行调查。结果 218名飞行员的亚健康评分平均25分,≥30分有112人。症状自评量表测评,人际关系敏感和恐怖2项与军人常模比较有统计学意义。结论飞行员亚健康状态发生率较高,需采取措施改善健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the present situation of sub-health of pilots. Method Investigate 218 pilots by pilot sub-health questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90. ResultThe average score of 218 pilots＇ sub-health is 25. 112 of them has a score higher than 30. Symptom Checklist 90 shows that there is significant difference on interpersonal relationship sen- sitivity and fear between pilots and soldier norm. Conclusion Pilots have a high risk of sub-health. Measures should be taken to improve their health condition. |
