| 摘 要： | 分析了目前交易管理存在的问题、交易管理的核心以及交易管理实施的重点。在华商二手车信息发布系统的设计与开发中应用网络交易管理的思想，提出了系统的体系结构，为信息发布和对交易进行管理提供了一种有效的方法。
