基于matlab/Simulink的发动机与液力变矩器匹配仿真

摘    要:用M atlab/S imu link模拟仿真液力变矩器与发动机的匹配,该文首先用m atlab/smu link中插值的方法模拟发动机调速特性和负荷特性并建立发动机模块,用m atlab/smu link、m atlab/stateflow混合建模,模拟液力变矩器的输入、输出特性并建立液力变矩器模块.然后结合仿真,判断设计的结构参数对匹配性能的影响以及能否达到设计的要求.从仿真结果看,仿真车型变矩器的效率,变矩系数,以及发动机与变矩器共同工作输出的扭矩、转速能达到设计的要求.

Abstract:This paper, Simulates the match of the engine and hydraulic torque converters match based On Matlab/Simulink. First, this paper uses interpolation method in Matlab/Simulink to simulate engine speed regulation characteristic,load bearing characteristic and to build engine modular. Then it use matlab/smulink and matlab/stateflow to simulate the hydraulic torque converters input characteristic, output characteristic and build the modular. Last through simulation, this paper judges the influence of design value on matching performance and find if the design value meets the request. From the results we can find that not only the efficiency and torque convert quotient of hydraulic torque converters but also the torque and rotational speed when engine and hydraulic torque converters work together can meet the request of design.
