ZrF_4─BaF_2─LaF_3─AlF_3─NaF系统玻璃的水侵蚀机理与表

摘    要:本文用红外透射光谱、红外反射光谱、扫描电镜、x射线能量色散谱仪、等离子体发射光谱、氟离子选择性电极及失重等方法研究了表面镀氟化镁及未镀氟化镁膜的氟锆酸盐玻璃试样在水中的溶解特性及侵蚀机理.结果表明:氟锆酸盐玻璃在动态条件下比在静态条件下更易溶于水,动态侵蚀与静态侵蚀表现为不同的侵蚀机理.镀膜后,氟锆酸盐玻璃的耐水侵蚀性能明显改善.

Abstract:Employing infrared transmission spectroscopy(IRTS),infrared reflectionspectroscopy(IRRS),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM)X_ray dispersive spec-troscopy,plasma emission spectroscopy,F ion selective electrode as well as theweighting method,the dissolubility and water-corrosion water-corrosion mechanism of the fluorozir-conate glass,with or without MgF_2 coating is investigated.It is described in thispaper that the fluorozirconate glass is glass is more dissoluble under dynamic condition than under statc condition and the mechanisms are different.The resistence to water-corrosion of the glass coated with MgF_2,is greatly enhanced.
