铝硅复合催化剂合成PET的性能研究

Abstract:PET was synthersized by DMT route using aluminum/silicon compound catalysts.The intrinsic viscosity,hue and thermal properties of PET were tested and compared with those of PET prepared using Sb_2O_3 catalyst.The results showed that the aluminum/silicon compound catalyst had the catalytic activity lower than Sb_2O_3 catalyst,and the obtained PET had relatively low intrinsic viscosity.Aluminum/silicon compound catalyst contributed higher b value to PET than Sb_2O_3 catalyst.The crystallinity of PET catalyzed by aluminum/silicon compound catalyst was slightly improved as compared with PET catalyzed with Sb_2O_3 catalyst. Sodium silicate was a reasonable choice as a catalyst promoter for sodium aluminate.
