| 摘 要： | 本文利用荧光素双标记法研究了迷走神经背核至中枢及周围部的分支投射。将荧光素Fast Blue(FB)和Nuclear Yellow(NY)分别注入左侧颈段迷走神经干和同侧颈、胸、腰或骶尾段脊髓。结果在同侧迷走神经背核可见到大量的FB标记细胞,极少NY标记细胞和少量FB-NY双标记细胞。提示:迷走神经背核有双重投射,即至中枢及周围部的投射。这种双重投射可分别来自述走神经背核的不同神经元的分支投射或来自同一神经元的侧支投射。

| Abstract: | The central and peripheral projections of the nucleus dorsalis nervi vagi(NDV)were studied by fluorescein double labeling technique. Fast blue(FB)was injected into the proximal segment of the cervical vagal nerve. Nuclear yellow (NY) was injected into the left side of cervical, thoracic, lumbar or sacrococcygeal spinal cord. Many FB- and a few NY- labeled neurons and a small number of double-labeled neurons were mainly observed in the ipsolateral NDV. The results suggested that there were two effernt (central and peripheral) projections which came from different neurons or from the collateral branches of a single neuron in NDV. The findings described above implied the complex efferent mechanism of the NDV. |
