Technology of Fault Diagnosis of Machinery Based on Embedded Equipment

Fault diagnosis is a key process of construction machinery maintenance.Embedded equipment plays a more and more important role in field testing and fault diagnosis.The embedded equipment,such as PDA,featured complicated characteristics,portability,easy operation and more power.Inspired by the system of hardware,software and communication of embedded system,technology of fault diagnosis based upon PDA is proposed.The basic technologies are composed of Database,Interactive Electronic Technology Manual and Virtual Instrument,so fault can be diagnosed quickly.As well as eliminating inconveniences of papers,the experiment results show that it becomes easier when collecting diagnosis signals and communicating between different departments by reason of this technology.
