利用废报纸同步糖化发酵生产乙醇的研究

摘    要:研究了非离子表面活性剂吐温-20对丹宝利和安琪耐高温酿酒高活性干酵母发酵废报纸的影响,通过正交实验和单因素实验考察了发酵时间、酶用量、接种量和吐温-20的浓度对同步糖化发酵的影响。结果显示,吐温-20能有效地提高发酵液中还原糖和乙醇的产率,减少高成本的纤维素酶用量。添加0.15%的吐温-20,乙醇产率相应地增加了5.47%和7.24%,还原糖的含量分别增加了11.8%和12.2%。在最优发酵条件72h、20FPU/g(底物)、10%接种量(V/V)和0.17%吐温-20下,产率达到0.2416g乙醇/g(废报纸),是理论值的62.6%。

Abstract:It has been studied that the effect of the non-ionic surfactant Tween20 on simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of waste newspaper to ethanol with Angel TH-AADY and Danbaoli TH-AADY.An orthogonal array design and single factor experiments were adopted to investigate effects of fermentable parameters including fermentation time,enzyme loading,the quantity of inoculation,Tween-20 concentration on simultaneous saccharification and fermentation.The results show that Tween-20 can effectively increase reducing sugar and ethanol yields and reduce the amount of high-cost enzyme loading.The ethanol yields were increased by 5.47%(Angel TH-AADY) and 7.24%(Danbaoli TH-AADY) respectively with the addition of 0.15% Tween-20 and the reducing sugar concentration was also increased by 11.8%(Angel TH-AADY) and 12.2%(Danbaoli TH-AADY) accordingly.The SSF optima for waste newspaper were: 72 hours,an enzyme loading of 20FPU/g substrate,10% inoculum(V/V) and 0.17% Tween-20 addition.Under the above optimum conditions the yield in terms of grams of ethanol produced per gram of waste newspaper utilized was 0.241 6g/g,which corresponds to 62.6% of the theoretical yield.
