| 摘 要： | 在走访调查、座谈访问和文献资料分析的基础上,探析了上海市社区体育健身苑(点)、社区公共运动场、社区市民健身中心等设施建设等方面的现状及问题。并就制定上海社区体育健身设施发展规划的指导思想、基本原则、总体目标、主要任务、阶段目标、资金来源、监督与保障措施等问题提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | On the basis of investigation,interview and document analysis,the paper focuses on the status quo and existing problems concerning the construction of fitness facilities in Shanghai communities.It also discusses the guiding ideology,basic principle,main target,major tasks,periodic objective,fund-raising,control and maintenance measures etc.in relation to the formulation of a development program for the fitness facilities in Shanghai communities. |
