居住社区若干问题解析

通过对居住社区的概念及名称由来的解析,指出建设居住社区是推进社会管理体制改革的突破口,是完善城市居民自治制度、构建和谐社会的重要平台,也是提高城市全球竞争力的社会资本。提出完善《上海市大型居住社区设计导则》的建议,包括：居住社区建设应构建合理的居住社区规划结构,即构建社区—小区—街坊3级规划结构;完善居住社区公共服务设施配置;满足老年人生活需要等。

Analysis of Several Problems of Residential Community

Through the analysis of the concept and the origin of the name of residential community, the thesis points out the constructionof residential community should be the breakout point of the promotion of reform of social management system, the importantplatform of citizen’s autonomy and the construction of a harmonious society and the social capital to improve the globalcompetitiveness of a city. The thesis puts forward suggestions for the ‘Design guidelines for the large-scale residentialcommunties in Shanghai’ such as, constructing a ‘community-settlement-district’ 3-level residential planning structure,improving the allocation of the public service facilities, meeting living needs of the elderly.
