病人对胶连和铸造可摘局部义齿满意度的比较

目的比较游离端牙列缺损（肯氏Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类）病人行胶连和铸造可摘局部义齿修复后的满意度。方法在临床上选择65例符合要求的病人，随机分为A组33例和B组32例，分别进行铸造可摘局部义齿修复和胶连可摘局部义齿修复。病人戴用6周后复诊，填写问卷调查表。结果A、B组病人对义齿咀嚼功能、方便程度、舒适程度、发音功能及整体上的满意度差异有高度统计学意义（z=-4．288～-2．912，P〈0．01）；在美观功能及固位稳定方面的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论铸造可摘局部义齿比胶连可摘局部义齿更能满足牙列游离端缺损病人的要求，特别是在咀嚼功能、方便程度、舒适程度及发音功能方面。

A COMPARISON BETWEEN SATISFACTION WITH THE PLASTIC BASED REMOVABLE PARTIAl. DENTURE AND THE METAL BASED REMOVABLE PARTIAL DENTURE

Objective To compare the satisfaction between the plastic based removable partial denture restoration and the metal based removable partial denture restoration. Methods Sixty five patients who met the criteria were selected and rando- mized to two groups （33 in group A, and 32 in group B）, the metal based removable partial dentures for group A, and plastic based removable partial dentures for group B were done for them. The patients were asked to wear the dentures for six weeks and then answear the questionnaire. Results The differences of satisfaction in users with between metal based removable partial denture and the plastic based removable partial denture were significant in terms of masticatory function, convenience, comfort, and voiced function （Z=-4. 288 --2. 912 ,P〈0.01）, but the differences were not significant in terms of beautiful outlook and stable reten- tion （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The metal based removable partial denture can meet more requirements of patients than the plastic based removable partial denture, especially in terms masticatory function, convenience, comfort, and voiced function.
