| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨二维超声和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对宫角妊娠的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法 对13例经手术与病理证实的宫角妊娠患者超声资料作回顾性分析。结果 根据二维图像将宫角妊娠分为三种类型：妊娠囊型(2例)，混合型(8例)，陈旧型(3例)。CDFI对宫角妊娠的血流检出率为84．6％，以混合型者血流信号检出率最高，达到100％(8／8)。阻力指数0．40—0．46。结论 二维超声和CDFI是诊断与鉴别诊断宫角妊娠的简便方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the value of 2-dimension ultrasound(2-DUS) and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)for the diagnosis of pregnancy of corner uteri.Methods we retrospectively studied the features of 2-DUS and CDFI of 13 cases that had pregnancy in corner uteri confirmed by surgery or pathology.Results The features of 2-DUS mainly showed as embryo type(2cases),mixed echo type(8cases) and old type(3cases).The detection rate of blood flow signal of it on CDFI was 84.6% with RI from 0.4 to 0.46 which was the highest for the mixed type (up to 100%).Conclusion 2-DUS and CDFI are simple and convenient ways for the diagnosis of pregnancy of corner uteri. |
