| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨导致细菌L型医院感染的有关因素 ,为预防、控制细菌L型医院感染提供依据。方法 用非条件Logistic回归分析方法 ,对 2 2个危险因素进行分析。结果 抑制细胞壁合成的抗生素应用、罹患感染性疾病、抗癌药物的使用及住院时间过长与细菌L型医院感染关系密切。结论 监测细菌L型医院感染的危险因素 ,有利于预防、控制细菌L型医院感染。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the factors relative to bacteria L-type infection in hospital to provide evidence for the prevention and control of bacteria L-type infection in hospital.Methods 22 risk factors were analyzed through unconditioned Logistic regression method.Results Application of antibiotics to inhibit cell wall synthesis,contact with patients with infectious disease,application of anticarcinogens and prolonged hospitalization were found to be closely related to bacteria L-type infection in hospital.Conclusion To minitor the risk factors can be hepful to prevent and to control hospital infections caused by bacteria L-type. |
