| 摘 要： | 目的建立痛风胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-0.05%磷酸(85∶15),色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),检测波长254 nm。结果大黄素在0.042 7～0.427μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 1),平均回收率为99.88%,RSD为2.64%;大黄酚在0.083 2～0.832μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为2.53%。结论本方法专属性强,准确,重复性好,可用于痛风胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining of emodin and chrysophanol in Tongfeng Capsule. Methods Kromasil C18 （ 250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column was adopted. The mobile phase was methnol -0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear range of Emodin was 0. 042 7 - 0.427 μg （ r = 0. 999 1 ） , and the linear range of chrysophanol was 0.083 2 - 0.832 μg（ r = 0. 999 5 ）. The average recovery of emodin and chrysophanol were 99.88% （RSD = 2. 64 % ）and 100.23 % （RSD = 2. 53 % ）, respectively. Conclusion The method was specificity, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Tongfeng Capsule. |
