摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元软件,在综合考虑初始几何缺陷、残余应力、冷弯效应等因素的基础上,分析了厚壁冷弯方钢管轴心压杆的极限承载力,得出其稳定系数,并与《钢结构设计规范》、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》的计算结果进行对比,提出了厚壁冷弯方钢管轴心压杆稳定系数的初步确定方法。

Abstract:Using Finite Element Method program ANSYS as well as considering the initial imperfections such as initial geometrical imperfections,residual stresses and cold-formed effectiveness, the axial compressive ultimate loading capacities are analyzed of cold-formed steel hollow sections with thick wall. The factors for the stability of the axial members are calculated. The Finite Element Method analysis results are compared with Code for design of steel structures and Technical code of cold-formed thin wall steel structures. The elementary method is provided to determine the stability factors of cold-formed steel hollow sections with thick wall.
