VEGF、p53在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨 VEGF、p5 3在甲状腺肿瘤中的表达意义。方法 :用免疫组化 SP法 ,检测甲状腺良性病变 4 0例、甲状腺癌 10 0例中 VEGF、p5 3的表达。结果 :在正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺腺瘤、结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺乳头状癌、滤泡癌、未分化癌中 ,VEGF表达阳性率分别为 0 %、2 0 .0 %、2 6 .7%、5 7.8%、6 1.9%、6 9.2 % ,p5 3表达阳性率分别为 0 %、15 .4 %、15 .4 %、36 .4 %、4 2 .9%、4 6 .2 % ,均与组织学类型密切相关 (P<0 .0 0 1,P<0 .0 0 1)。 VEGF与 p5 3表达率在甲状腺腺瘤与滤泡癌中 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。两者表达率呈正相关 (R=0 .6 79,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :VEGF、p5 3是鉴别甲状腺良恶性肿瘤及判断其生物学行为的重要参考指标 ,p5 3可上调 VEGF的表达。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the significance of expression of VEGF and p53 in thyroid tumor.Methods:Expression of VEGF and P53 were examined by SP immunohistochemical staining in 40 cases with thyroid benign disease and 100 cases with thyroid carcinoma.Results:The positite rates of VEGF in normal thyroid tissues,thyroid adenomas,nodular goitre,papillary thyroid carcinoma,follicular thyroid carcinoma and undefferentediated thyroid carcinoma were 0%, 20.0% ,26.7%,46.0%,60.0%,72.7%,respectively,and those of p53 were 0%,15.4%,15.4%, 36.4% ,42.9%,46.2%,respectively.Expression of VEGF and p53 are significantly correlated with the pathologic types of thyroid tumor (P<0.001,P<0.001). Significant differences of VEGF expression can be seen between thyroid adenomas and follicular thyroid carcinoma (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF is positively correlated with that of p53(R=0.679,P<0.01).Conclusion:VEGF and p53 expression can be important factors for identifying the benigh and maligant tumor and their biological behaviors. p53 can upregulate the expression of VEGF.
