液力变矩器泵轮内流场的仿真分析及性能预测

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术和三维流场理论,应用3D软件Pro/E建立液力变矩器泵轮叶栅流道模型,采用计算流体力学分析软件FLUENT对YJ380型推土机、叉车用液力变矩器泵轮叶栅的内流场进行仿真计算与分析.计算了两种工况下泵轮叶栅流道流场的速度和压力分布,并研究了液力变矩器泵轮叶栅叶片出口角这一关键参数对泵轮转矩、变矩器的变矩系数、传动效率的影响.计算分析和试验结果的对比证明,应用FLUENT软件进行液力变矩器内流场仿真分析具有高的准确性和可靠性.

Abstract:Based on virtual prototype technology and 3D flow field theory, a model for flow races of impeller blades in a hydraulic torque converter is set up with 3D software, Pro-E. Inside flow fields of impeller blades of torque converters used on model YJ380 dozer and forklifts are simulated and analyzed with computationed fluid mechanics analysis software FLUENT.
