Development of Measure and Control System of a Test Bench for Hydro-mechanical Transmission Assembly

Software development of measure and control system on test bench for the key drive part of construction machinery: hydro-mechanical transmission assembly, is depicted in the article. The design philosophy and software block diagram are presented. Software programming for collecting card and control card with VB6.0 on Window 98 is mainly described. A complete and feasible control system software is developed and automatic operation of the bench is achieved. It features high measuring accuracy and powerful data processing functions, together with computer controlled gear shifting and variable speed pump starting tests, which extends the application range of the test bench.
