ZnO压敏复合瓷粉的制备

摘    要:本文对制备ZnO压敏复合瓷粉的机械混合法和液相化学合成法两种制备工艺的现状进行分析。用化学共深沉法制备的复合瓷粉相对机械混合法制备的复合瓷粉而言,技术上先进,生产成本低。采用化学共沉淀法制备压敏复合瓷粉是今后我国工业化制备性能优异的压敏材料的必然趋势之一。
