工程机械泵控马达系统辅助节能措施的研究

摘    要:提出了改变油液粘度进行辅助节能的方法.通过模糊控制方法控制变频风机,对油液进行冷却,可以改变其粘度,提高元器件的效率,降低泄漏引起的功率损失.对系统元器件效率、发热量等因素进行最优化匹配,达到液压系统整体工作效率最高.试验表明此方法对于泵控马达大功率系统能够起到比较明显的辅助节能作用.

Abstract:An assistant energy saving method was proposed via changing hydraulic oil viscosity. Hydraulic oil viscosity was changed by controlling its temperature variety with frequency conversion fan of fuzzy control, the efficiency of hydraulic components was improved, and the power loss for oil leakiness was reduced. This method can carry through optimization matching for optimal system efficiency in allusion to many ingredients. The experimentation indicates this method can improve energy saving effect of pump-controlmotor system.
