| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析梗阻性黄疸的螺旋CT征象，以提高诊断准确率。方法收集59例梗阻性黄疸患者的影像学资料，结合病理进行分析。结果在所有梗阻因素中恶性黄疸占91．5％，CT表现为肝内胆管扩张、胆管呈“软藤征”、“鼠尾征”，胆总管多突然“截断”，梗阻部可见低密度肿块、结节，延迟强化明显，良性梗阻胆总管多渐进性狭窄。结论螺旋CT是临床诊断梗阻性黄疸的有效手段，恶性肿瘤是导致胆道梗阻的主要因素。 |
