摘    要:野战指挥所伪装方案评估指标体系,以易评定或可测量因素作为评估指标,确定集对分析评估模型.并只讨论同一度,不讨论差异度与对立度,形成的联系矩阵即为被评估方案与理想方案对应指标的同一度.指标合成根据问题性质而定,可采用各项指标值与其相对权重系数进行线性或非线性叠加,或线性与非线性混合叠加方法.最后根据已确定的目标,对备选方案按其指标值大小排序,择其最佳者为最优方案.

Abstract:The evaluation system for field command center camouflage plan uses the factors that can be assessed easily and can be measured as evaluation index to build the set pair analysis evaluation model. This index system only discusses the extent of homology while does not discuss the extent of difference and opposition. The associated matrix is the extent of homology between evaluation plan and ideal plan. Index composition is ensured according to the character of the problem. It can be drawn by linear or nonlinear superimposition of the index value and the relative importance extent coefficient. It also can be drawn by linear and nonlinear superimposition. Finally, best plan can be chosen according to the sequence of index value.
