摘    要:为了解决RV减速器核心零部件——摆线轮的制造工艺问题,介绍了砂轮磨削原理,分析了齿轮成形磨削的特点。分析结果表明:影响摆线轮磨削精度的主要因素是砂轮速度、进给速度和磨削深度。以理论磨削深度与工件上实际磨削深度之间的误差为研究对象,采用正交组合法对3个因素进行磨削实验,并通过对实验数据的分析,得到了误差最小的磨削参数组合,为摆线轮生产加工提供了依据。

Grinding Technology Research of RV Reducer Cycloid Gear
Abstract:In order to solve the manufacturing technology problem of Rotate Vector(RV) reducer core components cycloid gear, the principles of grinding wheel grinding is introduced. The characteristics of the gear form grinding were analyzed. Analysis results found that the speed grinding wheel, feed speed and grinding depth were the main factors influencing the cycloid gear grinding precision. Taking the error between the theoretic grinding depth and the actual grinding depth as the research object, making the three factors in orthogonal combination, carrying out grinding experiment, and according to the analysis of experimental data, the grinding parameter combination of the minimum error is obtained, which is the basis for the subsequent cycloid gear production.
